Building AI tools for the people who keep aircraft flying
I’m Glenn Cowan — founder, builder, and someone who spent a year talking to 200+ aviation professionals to understand what they actually need. Now I’m building it.

I spent 12 years in B2B digital marketing — running outreach campaigns, building lead generation systems, and learning what makes people respond to a message.
When I started talking to aviation professionals, I discovered something unexpected: 60% of the industry’s workforce are non-native English speakers who waste 8+ hours every week just composing emails. Not because they lack expertise — because professional English in a high-stakes, compliance-heavy industry is genuinely hard.
Generic AI tools make it worse. They don’t know that “ex-stock Dubai” is standard terminology. They add “I hope this email finds you well” to AOG emergencies. They confuse legal terms that could ground an aircraft.
So I built the tools myself — as a non-technical founder, using AI to build AI products. Every feature, every terminology choice, every communication style was informed by those 200+ conversations with real aviation professionals.
Thoughts on aviation & AI
Why generic AI fails in aviation
When terminology has legal implications and safety consequences, “close enough” isn’t good enough.

Aviation runs on English, but most of the industry doesn’t speak it natively. This is bigger than people realise.
